AVIPER STRIKES AGAIN - THE REAL WORLD

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to another AVIPER production created by Jonas Holmes III. AVIPER stands for Audio Visual Internet Paradigm Expansion Remix. For more about this art form and what it means please refer to the previous posting on this blog.

I received many interesting responses to the last AVIPERATION that I posted. One question that I received is, "What are your expectations for people who view this art form?" My response to that was that it is all in the name, AVIPER. Paradigm Expasnion is the goal and short internet video clips are the tool. I have no vested interest in any one experience. The point is that what people watch moves them in some way. I believe the brain is like a rubberband, a rubber band that is seldom stretched yet is inherently flexible. Any AVIPER remix that you partake in should move you in some way. That may be emotionally, physically or mentally. That depends on your personal make up. As the artist or creator my goal is to stretch that rubber band of yours. How you experience that stretching depends on you.

I do not claim to have created any of the videos, which is obviously evident. My desire is to present them in a format that becomes experiental and interesting. Just as a cook doesn't necessarily grow all the ingredients in the dish they are preparing yet creates something greater than the sum of its parts. I can say that I am sure many of the videos you see in AVIPER you would not usually see with out these types of presentation. I sift through thousands of videos looking for uniqueness, movement and inspiration for the Remix, your pardigm expansion and your viewing pleasure.

I must reiterate that the proper method for experiencing an AVIPER is too,

1. Enlarge the video from the bottom in the lower right corner.

2. Press play in the lower left corner of the video.

3. View the video without interruption until it stops.

4. Decrease the size of the video.

5. Repeat with the next video located directly below.

If possible view all the videos sequentially without interruption to get the full flavor.

The following AVIPER presentation is called, THE REAL WORLD, and it has nothing to do with the TV show.
